I can't see him conceding while he's winning the court cases. Maybe when they throw out the desputed absentee ballots.

Moonbeam is counting on one of two counties throwing out EVERY absentee ballot because of some alleged misconduct dealing with ballot applications. No judge will do that. Period.

. Since he's going to win...yadda yadda yadda Why does anyone care whether he concedes or not??? Just let the electors vote and that will be final. On inauguration day, if it's Bush on the stand, it doesn't matter even one tiny bit if Gore is out in the crowd loudly protesting that he is the president. There is no gain for him to concede, and always the chance, unrealistic as it may be, that lightning may strike and he may win the White House... Why stop running before the end of the race. The president is not selected until the electoral college votes.

I think Gore has pretty much guaranteed himself that he won't be getting the Democratic Nomination in '04. He had a reputation for doing whatever it takes (whether justified or not) and he's done plenty to solidify that reputation. I think Democrats would now admit to themselves (not to the media) that Gore is an embarrassment to the party. For goodness sakes, I've heard on CNN that he is thinking about challenging the legislature. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't that mean he's challenging the law itself? What the hell is this guy's problem?
