I picked up an application for a concealed carry license the other day. They need 2 references with this criteria:

1 - must live in the same county
2 - must live in different households
3 - cannot be a family member

well, i can only think of 1 person who lives in my county that i can use as a reference who meets that criteria. would they allow me to use someone from another county if i explained this to them or am i out of luck?
 
Don't you work with anyone that lives near you or anything like that? Or have a neighbor that could at least say you aren't insane...
 
it doesn't have to be someone that knows what the inside of your colon looks like, just someone that knows you are not a nutjob

neighbor/friend
someone from a club/church etc

you don't know 2 people that live in the same county as you?

none that aren't family or don't live in separate households.

i work in a different county and so all my co-workers live in that county or another county. i have no friends who live in my county. i don't know any neighbors well enough to have them vouch for me. i don't belong to any clubs and i don't go to church.
