Wtf is that guy doing Conan's war in Iraq reports ? You know the old guy who always talks crap , and never responds to the questions conan asks ?

Not if he just says some random pieces of text instead of at least answering Connan's questions in a funny way. Also, he looks like a bum and a drunk, which is not a good way to present a (former/comedic) general to the public.

That guy is a nutsuck. I think its the same guy from a previous skit when Conan went outside when it was snowing heavly in NYC. Its really stupid. Probably got the job from pity.
