In this episode, they had the funniest skit where Conan and Andy were talking, and I believe Max pulls out a gun and shoots at conan and then andy jumps in front of conan and receives the bullet causing conan to whip out a shotgun, cock it, and shoot at max, who receives the shotgun blast. It was hilarious because it was so random, but I cannot seem to find the clip anywhere.
Anyone see this episode? Or know what episode it was?

I like the Kellogg's 'Big Bowl of Tolerance' where two gay dudes in leather are having sex in a giant bowl of corn flakes.. I think they pulled that sketch because I've never seen it re-run but the best part about it was that they couldn't get the curtain to shut so it was just really long and awkward and conan got really flustered by it.

I'd like to find the one where Conan and Andy get an ice cream truck and drive around behind another truck then undercut his prices when he stops at a group of kids.

They're following this other truck and Conan says "turn on the pursuit music, Andy" then Andy turns on the ice cream truck chimes. Conan looks at the camera all serious and says "now he knows we're on his ass."

I was just watching a clip the other day from several years ago where he goes to sell his beat up old Ford Taurus (which was apparently his real car) and takes it by Ferrari dealerships and whatnot to get it appraised. It was quite hilarious.

Some great ones mentioned here. There are a ton of old skits they did that I'd love to see again. I don't even remember what the premise was, but for one in the mid 90's they dressed up and sang Dazed and Confused with Conan as Robert Plant with the shirt open to his waist IIRC, it was ridiculous. The Clutch Cargo stuff with Bob Dole leading up to the '96 election was hilarious too.

I think they used to put more time into their skits, I always thought they could have re-packaged those 8 segments from the week and put out an hour-long show that would have been 1000X funnier and better written than that week's SNL.

Anyone here remember the official Conan O'Brien swear word "crunk"? This was long before the word was adopted by rappers, and they would play different scenarios where the word could be said. The whole premise was that the word was so new that the censors didn't know that it was a swear word, must've been over 10 years ago.
