sorry... the original was sync'ed perfectly, but for some reason it went out of sync when i used the avi trimmer to cut the rest of late night out and i didnt test it before uploading😱

How big is the original?

the original is 250MB... its that segment plus the entire show after it.

i have no idea if thats the prob, just throwing it out there

no clue... i used a little program that you just seek to the start and end position then click split. never had a problem before
 
i found the problem. the audio on the original wasnt encoded properly so cutting it threw it out of sync. i fixed it and recut it with virtualdub and now it's sync'ed properly. uploading now
