*Spoilers* watch the video before reading any of this.
Im hoping they find this girl, and can ask her what in the heck she was thinking. It would blow my mind if this girl has a sob story about her childhood, and is fairly sane. Probably not, but in this day and age you just can't start a new life anymore. Somehow, someone will find you.
There is no doubt she has to have some level of craziness. No person in their right mind could choose this kind of path, AND think they can get away with it. I just want to know what her intentions really were. They didn't say in the clip, but did she use the girl's good grades to help her gain entry into the Ivy League schools? She had bad grades, and dropped out of high school. I'm not saying that this girl did right, but there are some parts to this story that I would like answers to. How well was she doing at school? Where was she getting all the loans from? They said in the video that it doesn't appear that she was using her name for monetary gain. Could it really be that this girl was finally setting her life straight after a poor childhood that they talk about in the video?
If she was making something of herself, I almost wish she got away with it. I feel sorry for the family of the girl whos identity she took, but they say in the video that this girl had a rough life. They didn't go into detail about it, but it sounds like she was making something of herself. It doesn't sound like this girl was conning the family of the deceased in anyway. Just imagine if this girl would have been caught 10 years down the road with a degree from an Ivy League school, and a good job. If she came out and admitted to what she did, I'd feel for the other family, but as long as she wasn't using it to scam money from another family I'd still be proud of her for making something out of her life.
I'm sure there is another logical reason why she did this. I don't know if I believe that she was a "spy", like they try to make her out as in the video at the end. Its probably just a huge case of mental illness, but I would like to hear a more Disney-esque sort of ending on this one. Regardless, she could probably write her own book while she sits in prison.
