Comtia A+ certification. Anyone know how to study for this?

My uncle is required to pass this test and he is asking me how he should study for it. If anyone here has taken it, I would love to hear some of your advice.

Think I scored an 840 and a 790 or something... This was before they revamped it.

I probably dont need to study for it.. but I think my uncle does. Does anyone have a study guide for this thing that I could borrow?
