ok, i was tryin to run UT2k3 tonite on the lan and i ran into a few problems..
first of all.. heres my system..
AMD 1700+
ECS k7s5a mobo (sis chipset)
40 gig WD ata100/7200
ATI radeon 7000 AGP 64mb
192mb PC100
see, with the detail on ALL low, and the resolution at 640x460, the graphigs are Jerky as hell.. it looks like my old voodoo2 did trying to run complex games...
sometimes, when its loading open skyscapes, i can see the HDD light blink when it jerks..
my ? to you is...
if i got me some PC133, or better yet, DDR ram (>256), will it help my games out?? i thought the clock speed or the amount of ram would have to be something, cause my setup (minus the ram) SHOULD be able to run UT2k3 smooth, RIGHT??
