Have you all seen any of the footage from Computex 2023? So far Msi and Asrock are refreshing their some of their z790 mobos and have some on display. Generally have mobo refresh been worth the wait to upgrade? From the 1 or 2 videos Ive seen just seems like a wifi upgrade and some board are now using realtek or non Intel lan and power delivery upgrades. Is that going to make a difference with a 13700 or 13600k? Just wondering if I should wait a couple of more months for my gaming build. I usually dont do the wait to see what comes out game.

I think it's personal preference. You might be able to get a discount on existing models after they're released. With the pace I which things are changing these days they depreciate in value much quicker than in the past. I would just build and forget about timing. The revisions are modest and somewhat niche

I think the same thing, that a small number of parameters will be changed! And this will not significantly affect the functionality!

Wifi modules are typically upgradable, so even if you buy a 6E capable board now, you can always upgrade it. And power delivery might make a difference if you plan to overclock a 13900k or 14900k.

the power delivery on z790 and am5 is already over kill for most if not all the z790 boards.

The LAN chips are also 5gbe not the troublesome 2.5 from intel. a worthy choice if you've not been on a z790 yet.
