computers disconnect from printer

I have a KM bizhub c360 network copier and all of my computers will randomly disconnect from it. A simple reboot solves the issue temporarily but it always comes back. Is there something else I can do? I'm already using the latest drivers.

If it is happening to all of the computers at the same time, then you either have an issue with your network wiring/switch or a problem with the copier itself. I don't see the C460 listed on the Konica product list so you may have a model that is only sold and serviced through the dealership where you purchased it. If you can confirm that it's not a wiring issue with a new network cable and/or switch, then I would recommend calling the dealer that you bought the copier from to have them troubleshoot the machine under warranty. Even if you aren't able to confirm that the network wiring is OK, you can still probably convince the dealer to send a tech out for maintenance.

services.msc
restart the print spooler
see if it fixes the problem

if not

reboot
services.msc
restart print spooler

you are using a print server right? one box sharing to others? print spooler gets pissed off to no end when the printer is not ready (off/starting up/network unplugged) and you print to it.
