Computer would not respond to power buttons

Very odd situation today. I get home and the computer is completely dead. The reset button and power buttons did nothing. The power LED was on, but that is it. I didn't specifically check for it, but I seem to remember it being a little too quiet, like the fans were not spinning. I cycled the PS power switch and everything is fine. This is the Main Rig listed below. BTW this computer is plugged into an aging APC UPS.

Anyone else ever see this? Just curious if I should be worried about the PS, the MB or the UPS? It may just be a fluke and I may just have to wait for it to repeat itself.
