computer works in safemode but not normal mode

as the title says.... I already did all the tricks.. 1) renamed win.ini to let it create a new one 2)cleared out autoexec.bat and config.sys 3) removed all unused devices.

any other ideas?

this is super annoying!!
 
you should post this either on os forum or tech support forum... to get more responses from people.

what operating system are you using?
what was the last thing that you did before you started encountering this problem.
these two questions would really help better troubleshoot your problem.
