computer works but no video signal!!

I got a p3 500mhz chip with motherboard that havent been power up for about 1 year. Installed a PCI video card on it. Previously it had a APG card and it works. Could this be a jumper problem or maybe battery for being out of service for 1 year?? Also where can I look to find the manfaturer of this mobo?? It has 1 AGP, 2 ISA, 5 PCI, 3 slots for ram and NO onboard sound, or video. Anyone here know of a board with similar setup??
Plz help I am using a 366mhz celeron and it sucks!!
P3 500 mhz should be able to handle HL mods right?
