A client of mine has a system that won't turn on at all (like nothing happens), but if they wait a while (not sure how long), it will turn on again. They called me about this problem before, but it had seemed to "fix itself." And that was a couple of months ago. It happened again, so they decided to give me a call. When I get a hold of it, I can turn it on no problem.

What would cause this intermitant power problem? Is it a mobo or power supply thing? How can I find out what the cause is?

It could be a power switch or the MB. You can swap out the PSU if you believe it to be defective. Try clearing the CMOS.
