Computer Wont Start- Power Supply??!?

Ok here are my specs:

Athlon XP 1800+
ECS K7S5A motherboard
512 mb of DDR ram (in 2 sticks)
chaintech geforce 4 ti 4200, 128mb
300W power supply (Brand: King Yes)

I was testing out overclocking with the card i was on, and during the middle of a benchmarking test in 3dmark the computer just turns off. I try turning it back on, but i just get a brief buzzing sound that only gives power for enough time to make the fans just start to spin. Ive tried everything, and i cant figure out what is causing it other than my power supply just going kaput. Has this happened to anyone else, or could you offer some advice?

Thanks a bunch in advance for the help.

I tried that, and it does not change anything. Remember, it was only the video card that i was overclocking (the computer does the same thing even with the video card unplugged)

thanks for responding, though

Here's some things you can try:

hook the power supply up to another computer and make sure it's working
check to make sure the power supply is on AMD's list of recommended power supplies
try booting the system outside of the case because there could be a short somewhere
boot without any hard drives, cdroms, network cards, etc hooked up, just enough to get a post
try a different video card in there for kicks

IF the light of the front of the case just blink once or twice and the fans try to spin up when you press the power button, most likely it's the power supply. But before you pull it out, so this. Unplug the power cord from the back of the computer or the outlet for a couple of minutes and then plug it back in and try to power up. This has worked for me a couple of times with an antec PS.

Thanks for the advice. I tried leaving it unplugged for hours, and it still doesnt work.
Now im going to try it in another computer.
