Computer Wont Start - Help Appriciated

I just recieved a new case filled with all the new parts i had ordered (the store put everything together) I then bought a new case and transferred everything into there...but my pc wont turn on at all. I've tried the power box in my old motherbaord and it works....so its something else. And the power sw is in the right place....
the system im trying to get to run is a kt7a, 1.4 ghz....

please help
