Computer wont shut down.

My bro in law has just built a computer. The problem is some time after reinstalling software. The computer wont shut off but instead restarts its self. It was working fine before I thought it was a bios problem becuase we flashed his bios. but I tried going back and nothing changed. Also the stand by is disabled if that makes a difference..

His specs

A7n8x del (rev) 2 bios (1005 and also tried c1004)
Win xp.
 
His computer actually might be crashing during shutodwn. WinXP automatically restarts when it BSOD's. Try turning that feature off in System and maybe you can see what's causing the problem.
 
It was crashing... It gave me a blue screen of death error I will have to look it up somthing to do with klbsclass.sys or somthing like that.
