computer won't power on!!!!!!

I have finally collected all the necessary components and now my computer won't power on!!! What is going on? Is it the motherboard? I tried the psu on my current computer and it powers on so i don't think its the power supply. I don't know if there is something i need to do for an 8rda+ like perhaps there's some jumper that needs to be properly placed. Ive tried the paper clip thing on a cardboard box and that didn't do the trick either. Im thinking that its probably the motherboard and i was hoping someone could help me out. Thanks!:brokenheart:

Try booting with just the CPU, Video and RAM. Take the MB out of the case and place it on a non-conductive surface. Add the three components and then the PSU. Keep the case close enough to use the power butting wire and try to turn it on. If it works, you are probably shorting out in the case. If it dosent work, and you know the PSU is OK, its more than likely a bad MB. Ape Out.
