Computer won't post with two monitors

I'm not sure what the issue is; I've never seen this before, nor can I find anything on a quick google search. The computer in question won't even post as long as two monitors are connected to the video card. If I unplug either one first, it will boot fine, then I can plug the second in and have them work as needed. Any ideas what this may be?

Could be the Bios on the motherboard or it could be the Video card or the Video card and the motherboard may just be incompatible. If the video card has a site for service, try going there and reading to see if anyone else reports issues with the video card.

If you are not going to tell us the video card or the motherboard model dont expect much help. We might want to know not to buy that video card.

Sorry about the late response, this has been put on hold for a few days while I worked on another issue.

Anyway, the computer is a Dell Vostro 200, it has an aftermarket MSI Radeon 4350 in it, and the BIOS has been flashed to the latest version.

Maybe it has something to do with the fact that one monitor is hooked up via VGA while the other is using a DVI to VGA adapter?
