Computer Won't Post (Biostar 965PPT)

I have a Biostar 965PT and I had my e4300 overclocked to 2.7 at stock voltages and my OCZ Ram timings at 3-3-3-9 at 2.2V. I decided to drop all my voltages and speeds to stock. Once I did that I restarted and the computer wouldn't post. I get a beeping error that means no dram or will not recognize dram. I tried resetting the CMOS using the jumper and keep getting the same thing. Tried using one stick and putting it in all different configurations. Also tried putting in my buddy's Firestick ram. That time I got one solid beep but still did not post. Any ideas?
