Computer won't boot

I have a computer with an MSI K7T Pro2-A with the diagnostic leds in it. It stops on the third light sequence which is the memory detection test. I check the ram in another computer and it works fine. Then I tried another stick of ram that I know works and still nothing. I also pulled everything else out including the video card and still nothing. Nothing comes up on the screen at all. And I am completely stuck. Can somone give me some advice???

Edit: Oh and the computer has been running fine for over a year and this just all of the suddent happend. It actually happend for the first time about two months ago and then when I moved it seemed to have fixed itself. Now it just suddenly happened again.

Thanks
Andy

i just replaced that board.
look at all the tops of the capacitors - if any are "bulgy" or havecrusty stuff on top, u need to RMA that board with msi cuz its broken.

The capacitors seem to be fine and is it really possible for all three dimm slots to go bad at the same time while the computer is just sitting there and running normal? Also can I rma it even if I've had it for over a year. I'm pretty sure it only had a one year waranty?

mine was upcoming 2 years (1 & 10 mos) and they rma'd it

make sure ur cpu is still ok. bring ur ram to a shop and have them throw it in a system or run it thru a tester.
