Computer Won't Boot..

Over the past few weeks my computer had been having a problem to where when I would turn it on the Windows XP Screen with the scrolling bars would come up and when it got done loading it would change screens, but in changing screens it would freeze up and I had to restart.

Today I go to turn it on and it will get to the XP Loading screen with the bars and after about 2 bars it will just automatically restart itself.

It does this everytime and is 2 bars everytime, so I am guessing it is something with my Windows Files.

Anyone have any idea?

did you install any files lately? if you did, boot up in safemode and try restoring to before you installed them. if you didnt install anything, try running memetest86. if that passes, you could do a repair install of windows.
