This was a sudden thing, was working fine until now.

Intel Q6600
Abit IP-35E
2x Crucial Ballistix Tracer 8500
ATI Radeon x1950 pro
Antec Tri 650w

I've tested system with a 550w that's known to work, and should still handle my system fine, it didnt work either, so it's likely not power supply.

It's also likely not the ram (i also had a set of ballistix non tracer to test with).

So that leaves the CPU, Mobo, or the vid card. Monitor works fine.

Basically when I turn it on, monitor doesn't recognize that I turned on my computer, the LED on monitor stays orange.

Anyone know what's wrong? I'm "hoping" it's only the vid card cuz it's needing an upg soon anyways.

Could it be that your CMOS battery had gone dead?
An indicator of that possibility would be if your computer's time display started going wrong.

Did it only cease booting immediately after you changed something, abnd if so, what did you change?

CMOS should be fine i think, time never displayed wrong.

Basically, I put my pc to sleep (vista) like normal, went to bed, the PC for some reason woke up like 10 seconds later, so I just shut it down. The next morning it wouldn't turn on
