Computer wont boot without re-setting BIOS

I relize this is a TS question, but i need as much feed back as possibe right now.

I just got a Athlon XP 1700 & The New SY-KT333 DRAGON Ultra (Platinum Edition) and there is no OS currently installed. Everytime i re-start computer nothing happens. I have to re-set the BIOS everytime i re-start the computer.

Anyone got any ideas?
