Computer wont boot with ATI drivers

Lately my computer has been acting really strange, freezing up randomly, and especially when playing 3D games. Today, my computer wouldn't even boot into Windows except in safe mode, that is, unless I uninstalled the ATI driver. I do overclock my video card. It's an x800 Pro VIVO unlocked to a x800xt. Why can I boot into safe mode and not into Windows without the driver uninstalled?
 
it's problem with unlocking...flash new bios for it... because when in safe mode it's like there is no drivers!
