Computer won't boot up.

I have 2 IDE HD's and 1 SATA HD. Everything was working fine. Then I tried to test a another SATA drive by plugging it into the same power and data cable the other drive was using. It did not work so I plugged my original SATA drive back in just like it was and now when I boot up it says Disk boot failure. The original SATA drive is being seen in the bios just like it was before.

Has this ever happened to anyone before? Wbat could have possibly happened?
