Computer won't boot at stock speeds?

System specs to get started:
Athlon 64 3000+ Venice
DFI NF3 Ultra motherboard
BFG 6800 OC
Corsair TwinX 1 GB C2 memory
Antec Truepower 430

So I was getting random BSOD's again on my computer, and tried to run everything at stock speeds to see if I could get the computer more stable. I had been running my 3000+ Venice @ 290x9, with the memory on the 2/3 divider, ~190 mHz, 3-3-3-8 speeds. I turned the CPU back to 200x9, and the memory to AUTO, reset the computer...no boot, no POST, nothing. The power LED started flashing, and the HD activity light remained on.

I thought, Okay, I'll just reset the CMOS. Do that, reset, and nothing happens again. Normally this has worked for me when I've messed with settings in the BIOS.
So I'm out of ideas. Tried running one stick, different memory slots on the motherboard, no luck.

Any ideas? This is pretty frustrating.
