Computer woes?

I have this computer here that is a XP/2k dual boot that likes to hang.

It hangs at the boot screen where you can choose XP or 2k and it?s doing it pretty frequently. Also, when you hit reset, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 times before it actually resets after a hang.

Any ideas? Upgrade the bios, memory issue, power supply?

I believe this computer was having the same type of problem before it was a dual boot system and just 2000.
