okay i have the pc in my sig and was burning stuff onto a cd and bam the pc locks up. I try to turn it on and it goes to the boot screen for the motherboard and stays there, the keyboard will not power on to allow me to even enter the bios options. After removing all peripheal devices, ram, trying other keyboards, resetting the mobo. I still get nothing what could this be and are there anyfurther ways of testing. oh yeah i tried another hard drive to. Please, please, help.

TopPower 350Watt PSU

What is the +12 rating for that (look at the label on the side). I can't say that is your problem for sure but there is a very good possibility it is. You need to use a high quality power supply such as Antec, enermax, etc.

Garbage.....You definitely need a good quality power supply for your rig. A generic at only 350Watts is NOT going to be enough for your system with an X800 Pro.

Like amdskip said, go pick up an Antec or Enermax power supply for that system (430Watt or higher should do fine)
