Computer will not display image

I am working on a computer for a friend, trying to figure out what is wrong. It powers up and I checked the PSU - thats ok. All the fans spin and the mobo does not beep at all, but it will not display an image to the monitor. I tried another PCI GFX card and that didn't work.

I borrowed a post card from a friend and put that in. Again, the power, CLK and Reset lights light up on the card and it displays "00" on the card, but I can't for the life of me find what that means.

Its an ASUS motherboard with the nForce2-IGP chipset (AMD XP 2600 - socket A) but I can't find the model number (its not on HPs website that I can find). His tower is an HP a220n.

Any help you guys have would be greatly appriciated
