Been having problems booting my computer lately.
Keep restarting when trying to boot normally or into safe mode.
I put the Windows CD in order to attempt a reformat but it hangs when trying to boot from CD, makes this weird clicking sound, and the fan (unsure if power supply or CPU fan) shuts down (sounds like a jet engine shutting down).
Then it just sits there.
Not good. Any particular thoughts?
