I just purchased a new Diamond Stealth III S540 AGP video card for my PC. I have an Abit LX6 motherboard (kind of old), but the S540 is compatible with 1X AGP and 66Mhz.
With the old PCI card removed and the new AGP card in, I cannot even boot the computer. I never see a display, and the computer shuts down by itself.
What am I doing wrong?
