Computer will no longer post with MSI 865PE Neo2-V Intel 865PE

I just built a computer for a friend with a p4 3.2 and the MSI 865PE Neo2-V Intel 865PE mobo. It ran for about 12 hours then went black. I got it to boot a few times but it was unstable and crashed after aprox 1 hr.

I thought it was the ****** psu that came with the case and tried a new one...slightly better to no avail. I also tried new memory, gpu and a new hd. No luck. When i reset the cmos it will boot to bios setup but once I enable sata or any other boot device it will boot to a black screen or somtimes hang on the bios loading screen. I think I need a new mobo but any help would be great.

Try the board outside the case to rules out any grounding issue..
