Ok, I bought the computer recently from a friend, I am only using blender and firefox on it. It's been honestly working great until a couple days ago. I don't know maybe it got hit by a stray nutrino. The image started getting little pink pixelated squares all over the place and a pink rectangle around the cursor. Then it froze. I shut it off and then black. Rebooted a couple times: black and then got a login screen on the third try. Logged in and got on the internet and it froze. I was able to do a restore at a certain point, but then no wifi connection. Once the screen was just a static pattern.
Here are the specs:
8gb Kingston DDR3 (2X4GB)
Gigabyte A88XN-WIFI FM2+Motherboard
AMD Radeon RX 460 4GB(Sapphire)
Thanks for any help, My buddy that built it and I are going to check it all out tomorrow.

Do you know the operating temperature of the GPU? If beyond 40C at idle and 85C under load you may have overheating issues.

Reseat the GPU from the PCI-e slot and see if that fixes it. Otherwise try the card in another computer if possible.

The WiFi connection was probably an issue with the drivers changing after the restore, though it could indicate something wrong with the MoBo.

Sorry to say that but according to symptoms it seems like some of GDDR chips on your card are dying or have microbumps on BGA.
