computer upgrade path, need info

I ahve two computers and I bought the parts for Voltron (server). I bought it a nice new tbird 1.2ghz to replace the 700mhz duron and it should be here soon.

However I need advice on what to do to my dual blackcat system. I am doing dual on it period so don't suggest that I don't. Should I upgrade the cpus and mobo? or other stuff?.
