Computer Tweak

My computer has this problem with random freezing, it almost never happens while I'm working at it, but if I leave it idle for longer than 30 min it will typically freeze. I have no idea what could be causing it besides the fact that I did this tweak a while ago that may have lead to the cause http://www.techreviewer.com/viewpage.cfm?pi=14 does anyone know what the default settings for these would be? I know it may be a stretch but I thought I 'd throw it out there.

Did you try disabling the power saving features? It's possible it freezes when going into / out of suspend or whatever else you have set for inactivity.
