computer turns on then off

ok i got a huge problem here just today i took my pc apart to do some cleaning to the heatsink. i go to turn the pc on and then in about 2 seconds the pc just shuts off. i have no idea what is wrong. can anyone help me pleaseeeeeeee??????????

Did you reseat the HSF incorrectly?

yes im almost positive i set it right, and no there isnt any beeps.
