Computer too Hot - Idles at 48

I have two exact machines except as follows but the one with the 5900 runs a CPU temp of 48/49 Idle and 55/56 Load. While the other one in 28Idle and ? Load. They do have different brands of 120 fans but I don?t know brand or model. Same Bios ? Latest Bios

I could be a bad sensor, 55 load is not going to kill your machine though.
