What program should I use to view the temps of my computer. Right now I have nTune I use the moniter section. But when I go into the BIOS its a different number. Which on is right?

I have a 3500+ (Venice) @ stock nTune says its running 28-30 Idle and BIO says its 33-38. I have a XP-90 w/ Panaflo Fan
 
I have heard good things about Everest, haven't used it personally. I still use MBM5 because I have an old Socket A system, development has ceased on MBM so it only supports older mobos, but I love the interface, and haven't had any reason to switch.
