Computer Techies!! Easy CPU/Video Card Ocing support need!

I can easily overclock my PIII-700 to 800 but if done I have to underclock my TNT2Ultra..
Why is this?
If I overclock my CPU, my video card needs to be underclocked, otherwise it jams.

Your other busses are derived from your FSB(FSB = 100MHz).
AGP buss = 2/3 * FSB
PCI buss = 1/3 * FSB
Once you hit 133MHz FSB then the math changes:
AGP buss = 1/2 * FSB
PCI buss = 1/4 * FSB

my bios (p3v4x) has only system/sdram ratios..nothin else

what motherboard do you have? that may make a huge difference

i never had any luck with abit boards + p3's + TNT2 ultras and overclocking, but it might just be that specific combination.
