I need to get some suggestions for speakers that are around $50, you know, the best bang for your buck. ANY HELP IS AWESOMELY APPRECIATED

i picked up altec lansing atp-3's for my girlfriend. They list for $80, but i found them for $40 at Sam's Club. For the money, I thought they sounded amazing.

Cambridge Soundworks has probably got a small package for around $40...Should be good enough for the job

without a doubt, Labtec Pulse-424's. Absolutely mindblowing sound for the price. The bass is real good too

BTW, you may be able to find a lot more info in General Hardware

Altec Lansing's AVS300 3-piece speaker system is one of the cheapest decent speaker systems around. Get it if you haven't got a top-flight soundcard. You might even have change for a few beers.
