computer sometimes reboots instead of shutting down...

When i shutdown the computer it reboots. Can this be an overclocking problem? or a nvidia 6.18 drivers problem?

Very possible that it is overclocking problems, I would downclock to test if I were you, or even test with a different chip.

Test the RAM too... It MIGHT be video drivers but I really doubt it.

If your using win98se, it's a known problem. There is a patch at windows update for it.
