Computer Sometimes POSTs

My computer will sometimes post after restarting. When it doesn't, the computer will just sit there until I poke the restart button, after this it usually POSTs but not always. Any Ideas?

What are the specifications of your power supply?

Where is this link you speak of? Problem sounds like your PSU is at fault.

http://www.silentpcreview.com/article166-page1.html Just a little more information: When the computer restarts from windows it will usually not POST. When I do I cold start up, it generally does POST. And restarting from the BIOS is about 50/50.
