Computer Sidewalk sale tonight

OK it's First Saturday here in Dallas, and I'm going to pick up some stuff. I want to either get a Athlon XP2000+ or intel P4 1.8Ghz(512K) or 2.0GHz(512K).

Any suggestions? Are the new 512K cache P4's worth the $$$ compared to equal clocked Athlons?
Help me decide, and Monday I will be posting in the For Sale forum with the old stuff(Athlon 900, mobo and memory)

I would say 512k is a good bet. That is what they have in the xeon processors. P4 1.8 512k can be easly overclocked to 2.0Ghz if you desired but they are came down in price it maybe just worth it to get the 2.0Ghz. I say go with intel but hey thats me!

Get a 1.8A and overclock it to 2.6-2.8, maybe more if you're lucky...
