Computer shutting off

Well, i'm in a pickle, and could use any and all help.

Last night, my computer shut off all of a sudden. Wasn't power, though it was storming, so I figured it was the PSU. Checked the lights on the Motherboard, and they're all still on. So i'm looking around, and notice it's dusty. So I blow it out, and clear out the HSF(I have a Zalman on my A64 S939 3200+) of the huge amount of dust it was, and someone suggests that that's probably why it shut off - CPU over heated, and it shut the computer off.

So, I go clear it off, all of that, reset the BIOS, and it boots up. It had been 7 months since I built my computer, and for some reason I forgot to clean it.

But anyway, so I figured that was that, and it runs fine the rest of the night. I turn it back on this morning, and get the "CPU recognized" thing that I figure is normal the second bootup after a BIOS clear. Everything runs fine for.. 8-10 hours.

Well, just now, I log in WoW, and bam, turns off again. Won't turn on.

Now, i'm *hoping* clearing the BIOS will fix it, but i'm not positive. But anyway, even if so... does anyone know what might be the problem? I'm going to leave the case panel off just incase it's over heating or something, but besides that, I can't think of what it might be.

So far, it's only happened on one of my characters, only in World of Warcraft. Granted, that's pretty much all I do on that computer, but it didn't happen all day when my Brother was playing.

If anyone has any suggestions, i'd love to hear them. I figure it may be the PSU, or possibly the CPU(I could have fried it last night or something?), but I don't want to just randomly go buying new parts if that's not the problem. Any and all help would be appreciated, I can't for the life of me figure out why it did it again.

Thanks in advance for any and all help.

edit: Oh, and I forgot to mention - Motherboard is an ASUS A8V Deluxe Rev2.0, CPU is an AMD A64 S939 3200+, and the PSU(Yes, I know, it's bad - my wishlist got rolled back so I ordered the wrong one, but it's run alright) is a Coolmax CX-400B 400W.

Update: Well, I had the CMOS battery out for over 10 minutes, put it back in and still nothing. Nothing happens what so ever when I try and turn it on.

Last night when I reset the BIOS and it fixed it, the computer was unplugged. I highly doubt that changed anything, but if that's worth trying...

edit: Update2: Friend of mine suggested that removing the CMOS battery doesn't always reset the BIOS, so they said try the jumper. However, there's no CMOS jumper on the Motherboard or in the manual - the closest thing is "CLRTC", and it doesn't give a description.

It's close to the Battery, though, so I guess that may be it, but I don't really want to mess around with it if it's not.

edit2: Update3: I put the jumper on CLRTC for a couple of minutes, and it appears to be alright now, since it booted fine. Still curious what might have caused it though.. I'm wondering if maybe when I reset the BIOS last night, since I did load defaults, it might have put the fan at a low speed. Considering I had a decent amount open(the most I had that day, but no more than normal), i'm wondering if maybe it over heated due to low fan speeds.

Doesn't explain the battery not resetting the BIOS, but that's not much of a problem.

Still open to any suggestions :)

i know you mentioned that it's bad, so it may be advisable to try another PSU and see if that will solve the problem.
