here is my setup list.

Asus A8N-E
AMD Opteron 165
eVGA NVidia 7800GT
NeoHE 500watt
G5 Mouse/Wireless Logitech Keyboard
Antec P180 Case
OCZ EL Recision 2-2-2-5 1GB Dual Channel
Seagate 7200.9 120GB
Windows XP Professional Corporate Edition

I've been having this problems since I put in the parts. I'm using the Zalman CNPS9500 by the way. It makes a weird clicking noise I'm guessing because the wire is in the way of the fan so i have to put the wire between the coil things.

Anybody know why my computer shuts off on its own? I get 31C for my mobo, 32C for my CPU and around 39C-42C for my VGA(All low temps). I don't know why my computer is shutting off, it's random as well, idle or not idle.

I've never heard of NeoHE. Have you tried a different PSU?

Do you have automatic restarts in system properties disabled?

That wouldn't be it. With automatic restarts disabled, the computer stays ON and displays the BSOD instead of restarting as soon as a BSOD occurs.
