Comp specs are in my sig. After installing uguru utility, after startup the computer shuts itself down after about 10 seconds.
I just did a fresh install of XP froma format so I'm getting everything back up to par with installing programs n' stuff, but anyway..
When a computer does that usually it means theres a heat problem. On my guru panel its showing the exclamation mark, or Bang for all you programmers ;p I looked that up in the manual and it says theres abnormal temperatures. Right now my CPU temp is 44C. I think my friend put too much thermal paste on, he says it's supposed to cover the whole chip but I think he put on too much. I hopefully get my xp-90 in tomorrow.
So I guess my question is, does uguru utility software have a default setting to where if your cpu is a certain temp that it will shut down?
