the computer show is nearing and i have been thinking about building a new computer and i am in need of some advice. i am currently running an 800duron on an ecs k7sem with 512 megs ram and using the built-in video card. i am thinking about upgrading to a 1 or 1.2 athlon.
my question is: since i don't game- mostly just websurf and watch dvds which flicker occasionally- am i going to see a difference in going to the athlon, a real video card, and a new mobo? or should i stick with the k7sem and just upgrade the processor? i haven't had any problems with this system i just want something faster
