I was assembling a new computer (AMD proc in soltek barebone), and was installing drivers and such after a successful install of WinXP. After one set of drivers had been installed i went into my system to redo a jumper (so FSB would be 166 instead of 133), and upon restart the computer shut off when the BIOS were coming up.

It now will not turn on - nothing happens when you push the power button. When the system is switched on the only activity is a little yellow light where the ethernet port is.

What could the potential problem be? Is it going to be limited to the power supply, or is it more likely that the MB is not functional, or is it even possible everything in the system no longer works?

If the Soltek barebone uses a "traditional" heatsink that clips to the socket, check to ensure it is installed like the third picture on this page.

Also check that the case's power-button wire is still plugged into the motherboard. If it accidentally came off while you were changing the jumper, that would explain the symptoms.
