I dropped my machine off and left in the drive stupidly. Anyway its gone. What I need to know now is if you can play it without the cd, because the management knows people were playing it to test the system.

So can someone who owns the game tell me if you need the cd please ?

So you can't ask the computer shop if they have it?

Glad I'm not a waste, unlike your original post.

So let me get this straight . . . you post a thread on here, somebody points out that you made a dumb mistake, and then you give him shit?

I wouldn't anticipate getting any help with any future problems you have with THAT attitude!

That's what makes this thread so funny.

You can still get your anti-stupid-poster flame on if you want. :p

So, what you were saying is that you were not quite sure if you left the disk in the drive when you dropped it off and you wanted to know if the game could be played without the disk because the computer store guys were running the program while diagnosing your machine, so if the game could be played without the disk then maybe you hadnt left it in the drive, but if the game could not be played without the disk then the disk must have been in the drive at the computer store because the guys were playing it while diagnosing your machine, your only hope was for a definitive answer from someone who knows so you could have done a perry mason on the head geek and smacked him down for jacking your bytes.

The answer to your question is currently unknown, but the answer to your problem is, use more words.

(Heh, I liked that one, made it my sig :D)
